|Recommended: YesThree Year Review — I and now my partner has been living here for a combined three years and honestly could not have asked for anything better. The grounds team work daily to keep the property clean and clear of debris. I have never had to file a noise complaint but that is obviously subject to your neighbors. The maintenance team can be forgetful at times but a quick call to the leasing office will serve you just fine. The dog park could do for a much-needed makeover but that is also subject to your personal preference. A lot of complaints I hear are the pricings and shipments. All the buildings look alike, and shipping companies or door dashers hardly ever care to look for the right one so make sure you give adequate instructions on where your unit is located. As for pricing, just make sure you stay in your own personal price range if you want to live here.

|Recommended: YesLove The Seasons — Our apartment has been a joy to live in. I especially loved having access to the workout room and even spending time working from the community center. It has really felt like a comfortable and positive place to call home.

This place is by far the WORST Horrible customer service, horrible maintaince accountability, horrible management
From the management team in the office that consist of Andrea and Natalie, to the general manager Jake who runs several locations, all of them don’t know company policy, and have different answers to any single question.
When you pay 3000 a month for rent you expect to notch service. Here at seasons you get no service and a bill most of the time
My advice to all is stay far away from this place Take your hard earned money to a complex that appreciates it

|Recommended: NoThis place is trash and I regret ever moving herew — This is the worst builder grade and the worst put together community I've seen in a long time. This place is terrible. I would never rent a Seasons property nor would I ever recommend it to anyone else. This place is a nightmare.

|Recommended: NoPoor Facilities — For a complex this size, the gym is pathetic. Weights only go to 50’s, they barely have any attachments for the cable machine, and there hasn’t been cleaning wipes in there in months. Not sure if the staff even checks the gym. You’d think in the 8 months I’ve been here they would add SOMETHING to the gym. As for parking, random cars park in MY PAID SPOT several times per month.

We’ve already addressed the cleaning wipes with our maintenance team and agree—those should always be stocked. We'll make sure regular checks are happening going forward. Regarding the gym equipment, we appreciate your input. While the fitness center is still quite new and we don’t have plans to expand it at this time, we’ll continue to keep resident suggestions in mind.
As for the parking issues, we’re sorry you’ve had to deal with that. Please reach out to the leasing office when it happens so we can help monitor and take steps to address unauthorized vehicles in your assigned spot.

|Recommended: YesLOVE Seasons at North Aurora — I absolutely love living here and plan to renew my lease for years to come unless I purchase a home . My unit is beautiful...every friend who visits comments that it’s the nicest apartment they’ve seen in the area, or have lived in. Our 3-bedroom feels more like a townhome than an apartment, and the layout is spacious and comfortable. We would also have been happy in a 2-bedroom. The garage space is massive. We have more storage than needed inside the apartment and in the garage. You can also set up an app that lets you open and close the garage by your phone. There is a camera feature so you can know who is entering or exiting the garage. This is helpful when we needed a pet sitter. Instead of trusting someone with a key, we use the app to let them in and out.
The community is welcoming, and I’ve genuinely enjoyed meeting fellow residents at community events. Everyone I’ve encountered has been friendly, and there’s a great sense of neighborliness people wave, say hello, and the staff does too which really adds to the atmosphere.
The management and leasing team are fantastic people who truly care about residents. I haven’t needed to submit any maintenance requests yet which is a great sign , but the maintenance team is friendly and approachable when I see them around the property. Both teams I have encountered many times after hours still on the property assisting with or engaging with residents.
I’m also really looking forward to the pool opening on Memorial Day weekend. The patio area and pool are absolutely gorgeous.
I’ve seen a few reviews mention early trash removal, but personally, I’ve never noticed it happening before 10 a.m., which seems perfectly reasonable. Unless you’re outside or have your windows open, you likely won’t even notice them, and they’re in and out quickly.

One small wish I do prefer gas stoves, but the electric range works well. It’s just a personal preference and something I don't expect in many rental units. If you want a gas stove, purchase or build a home.

|Recommended: YesDwain Ackerman — Move in was messy. Staff instructions were not coordinated. Friendly. Apartment had kitchen cabinet drawer that was broken and hanging. at move in. Only one key at move in. Perhaps we moved in to quickly.

|Recommended: NoUse Discernment — It's been a mess since Katie and Julienne left the office, it was trying in the beginning to get issues addressed due to the community's ongoing build. However, my concerns were addressed in a timely manner. The current office personnel are disrespectful and useless, work orders are dismissed unless I call Fudiciary Regional Office. However, maintenance issues are still being closed out without completion. I have no idea who the new office or maintenance managers are, so apparently, everyone is unsupervised and decides when to address residents concerns and or issues they barely answer the phones. Ultimately, everything that glitters is not Gold, Silver, or Bronze at this community. The Leasing Staff will seem welcoming and competent, but use discernment when making a final decision, and research do research on the management company that oversees the property as well.
