|Recommended: YesGood place to live — Very spacious and clean grounds for tenant. Noise can be heard from other rooms unfortunately and it was a rushed project to complete the complex. Front office is great and very nice. They will get you whatever you need. Would appreciate more guest parking. Otherwise good place to be comfortable.

|Recommended: Yes6 Week Resident — I moved in to Seasons in early July. My experience couldn't be better First, the office staff are the best Not only are they friendly, but they know what they are doing, can answer questions without having to check with someone from upper management and know the property details and amenities extremely well. I have a studio apartment, and before I found Seasons, I looked at ALOT of apartments from Arlington Heights, to Crystal Lake to Aurora. Studios are hard to find, especially ones in good shape. So many that I'd looked at were old, some were dirty and really needed upgrades. Even the ones that were just upgraded had crunchy carpet you know what i mean . The Seasons Studio has a unique layout which I only saw in one other complex. The bedroom is separated from the rest of the apartment, making it feel like a one bedroom apartment. The only thing missing is the door. The biggest benefit to me was that everything is NEW, all appliances, fixtures - everything is brand new. The facilities are top grade. The new clubhouse is beautiful, the fitness center is filled with high end exercise equipment and the pool is maintained very well and is very clean. When you look at the prices of these apartments I checked out one and two bedroom units as well , the pricing is very comparable to same sized apartments in the area BUT, when you consider all of the amenities, Seasons is a bargain. So far, I am very happy here. North Aurora seems like a great place to live, still alot of farm country and not much congestion. Shopping is very close for everything including restaurants, groceries, department stores, etc. The convenient location to I88 is great This really is a nice place to live. Highly Recommend these apartments

|Recommended: YesNeeds more lights in bedroom — There should be ceiling fans with lights in the apartment. Any luxury apartment will have that. Limited guest parking. Amenities need to open up
